Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders ship free within the U.S., with no minimum purchase required. We currently do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your shipment directly on our Tracking page.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
No. At Evergreen Outfits, all prices are final and inclusive of all taxes and import duties. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay - no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support at support@evergreenoutfits.com within 30 days of delivery.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is not available at this time.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET will begin processing the same business day. After processing, the following delivery times apply:

Shipping time is 2–7 business days.
Total delivery time is typically 3–9 business days.

How do I know which size to choose?
- Standard Sizing: All Evergreen Outfits dresses follow standard U.S. sizing.
- Size Guide: You can find a detailed Size Chart on every product page, located right above the size selection buttons, with specific measurements for that dress.
