Missing or Lost Packages

Address Changes

Not at Home?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You will be notified with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Refusing Delivery

If a delivery is refused, any return shipping costs incurred by the carrier may be deducted from your final refund.
