Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure the correct product is sent to you immediately.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Once the original item is received in its original condition, we will process your exchange.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours or before the order has shipped. Because we process orders quickly (Cut-off time: 12:00 PM ET), please send requests immediately. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please note that Evergreen Outfits does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
A return form will be provided by customer service when your return is initiated. This form must be included in your return package.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
